Upon our arrival and assessment:

1. Your furniture and any contents are protected.
2. Water is extracted from carpets and floors.
3. If there is padding underneath, then water is extracted, and the padding is permanently removed.
4. An anti-microbial treatment is applied to prohibit the growth of mold.
5. Turbo air movers a specifically place to encourage the drying process of the carpets, floors and walls.
6. If needed, a dehumidifier is installed to further promote the drying process.
7. After sufficient time for the drying process to result, the reinstallation takes place.
8. New pad and/or carpet is installed.  If existing carpets are reinstalled, then they are thoroughly cleaned.
